Short staffed caused much inconvenience!!!
Took hour and a half to pick us up at the airport then another half hour before actually driving away, could have got a bus to our destination in this time!!
Tried to convince us to take out "extra" insurance as not covered on the one originally sold to us (as usual for hire car companies!!)
Promised a free upgrade for the inconvenience and also extra fuel, Upgrade was the car we probably would have got anyway and we paid over the odds for the fuel as full to empty but still took it back half full so the company profited all round!!
On dropping off our car at the airport, short staffed AGAIN (even though 1 staff serving 1 customer - took an age as the customer was being ripped off as was told there were previous rental issues even though there wasn't) and then asked to take the car to Travelodge and walk in freezing wind from there to the airport.
NOT A GOOD FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE!!!!
