They tricked us into renting their ETC, claiming we couldn't use the highway without it, which cost 50. The extra money in it wasn't refunded and seemed to go to them! This feels like a scam company! A scam company! A scam company! I strongly advise everyone not to rent from them! If you need to contact customer service, you have to wait for half a day for a response!

Extremely satisfied!

We arrived at midnight in heavy rain with lots of luggage and our child. We hurriedly picked up the car and checked for any scratches. The staff member assured us there wouldn't be any issues and that minor problems wouldn't matter, so we quickly took the car. When we returned it, the head of the rental company found a 3cm black scratch, likely from a stone, which could probably be removed with some waxing. Also, they didn't let us check thoroughly when picking up the car and told us minor issues wouldn't matter. The scratch might not even be from us. They insisted we pay around 2000 RMB, but luckily, I had full insurance, so we sorted it through insurance. I feel this company lacks integrity, offering low-cost rentals and then charging high fees for damages or committing insurance fraud.

This is a shoddy company! I've rented cars many times, but this time I was really tricked. It's my own fault for not carefully checking the car before signing! I hope future renters reading this review will be extra cautious when picking up their cars. I highly do not recommend this rental company! Tricked, tricked! Experience it for yourselves!
