The service was very poor. They intentionally required the car to be as clean at return as it was at pickup, and demanded a cleaning fee. I will never use this lousy rental company again.

They added an insurance even though I said basic insurance is fine. When signing, they directly asked me to sign, a hidden fee. Next time, I will definitely record everything. Also, I chose an Elantra but they gave me a Corolla, which is much cheaper. No matter how I argued, it was useless.
