Very satisfied, good attitude.

Our flight was originally scheduled to arrive at 7 PM, but it was delayed by over an hour. By the time we got our luggage, it was nearly 7:30 PM. The car rental location was right outside the airport exit, sharing a counter with Hertz. The staff was very meticulous and enthusiastic. We had to take two highways and needed to prepay with the rental company. After completing the paperwork at the counter, we followed the signs and walked a few minutes to the parking lot to pick up the car. We got a small SUV, which locals drive frequently. The car was relatively new, with just over 30,000 kilometers on it, and it was very clean inside. Dollar offers great rental rates, and we will choose them again next time we visit New Zealand.

Nice clean and comfortable car. Pleasant, competent staff. Great location. Just wish it had been available for the duration of my trip instead of a week.

車両は小型SUV(Kia Niroと同等クラス)ではなく、ガソリン車のKia Sentosでした。スタッフの説明は「Busy seasonだから」 ほぼ新車(走行距離3126km)で良かったけど、ハイブリッドのつもりだったのでガソリン代が2倍以上かかった。 あとdollarはHertz/Thifty系列だと知らず店舗カウンターを見つけられず、やむなく他の店舗スタッフに聞いて分かった。
