The assigned car was a bit old, but everything else was great. The service attitude for both pickup and drop-off was very good.

I had already settled the bill, but ten days later, they charged me an additional $20.50. It's very confusing and seems excessive.

The service attitude was terrible. Cheap rental companies are not reliable. I waited for half an hour, and when I went to pick up the car, there was no car at the specified location. I had to find a staff member, and they gave me a different car. When I returned the car, they said the contract didn't match. It was a frustrating experience. I will never use them again.
