The staff at the rental company was very friendly and efficient. Overall, it was a good experience, different from renting a car in Hungary. This company might be a smaller car rental business. I purchased the supercover insurance at the counter, but unlike Hertz, they didn't provide a black folder containing various documents. After confirming with the staff, I learned that any issues can be addressed by contacting the technical support hotline on the dashboard. The entire process was smooth, and returning the car was also quick. By the way, I'll opt for a diesel car next time.
The car provided was different from the one in the order. They kept pushing insurance at the time of pickup and didn't inform about toll fees. After returning the car, I got a fine without any email notification and they directly charged my credit card a high processing fee, which didn't match the total amount. Be cautious!
It was busy in front of counter. Stuff was good but I belive the system of dryyve was not integrated with Qeeq so I had to refill all the information which was already given at the time of booking with Qeeq. That overall was causing the queue
