The service was fine, but after returning home, charges kept appearing on my credit card every few days without any explanation, and no emails were sent to clarify. It's been half a month already. They had previously sent a bill, and all parking fees, tolls, and fines were already deducted. Despite this, I'm still being charged 52 AED one day and 10 AED another day—it’s extremely frustrating. Other aspects were fine, but this frequent unexplained billing is really annoying. I have to spend a lot of time communicating with them over a couple hundred AED.
The rental caused a series of fraudulent and illegal issues. I reported the situation five or six days ago, but haven't received any effective feedback! First, I discovered that the deposit should have been a pre-authorization, but it was charged the next day (the car was still under rental). Is this a violation? Second, on the day of the rental, besides charging me the deposit and rental fee, they also asked for a prepaid toll fee. After returning home, I found out the toll charge was for another car! Is this fraud? Third, even after returning home, I received notifications of credit card charges from the car rental company in Dubai. After discussing with my bank, it was confirmed that the car rental company had fraudulently charged my credit card. I immediately contacted the rental platform requesting an investigation. However, five days after reporting the issue to the rental platform, I received another fraudulent charge from the rental company! So far, there has been no effective feedback on these issues!
