“Alamo said there have missing rope in the trunk”

Alamo said there have missing rope in the trunk. However, when I rental the car, the rope already missing. And they deduct EU$ 31.07 from my deposit.

“Unauthorised amount deducted”

Dislike: You have deducted mistakenly around 1250euros on pretexed of car damage but in that case I would like to say is that at the time of delivery there was 2 damages which was pointed out by the representative and is marked in the document signed by me.. so why it has been deducted on my part!!! I have video references with me while dropping the car which will show no damages from my end... Looking forward for a quick Refund and long term relationship with company
