No information about huge deposit requirement when booking was made, deposit should have been returned straight away, still not returned surely this is breach of contract, paperwork sent in france not english as staff said they would do
Overall satisfied. Self-driving allowed us to visit attractions less frequented by tourists, enjoy delicious oysters, and see adorable Shaun the Sheep.
the insurance was not clear...they need to be clear with that
we were 2, just one driver was in the contract we had to pay extra for a 2nd driver and that not normal

The staff were pleasant but gave us no paperwork nor instructions to get back to the French drop off location. We went round in circles for ages. Eventually, we found the Alamo desk on the Swiss side but they did not really help. Again we went in circles. The car itself was good but the return experience was very stressful and spoilt our return journey
