Due to the cancellation of my order, when I tried to rebook later at around 10 PM, the unprofessional communication of the rental company's customer service caused the store to be unwilling to talk to the customer service at all. I rented for a total of 3 days, because I chose a return time that was half an hour later than intended on the app, the app showed I rented for 4 days and I paid for 4 days. But when I arrived at the store, the order was only for 3 days. The store explained that they allow a 1-hour buffer, so if you rent for 3 days and 1 hour, they only charge for 3 days. In reality, I paid for 4 days on the app. I then communicated this with the rental company's customer service and canceled the first order, being told that the deposit would be refunded within 3 to 5 days. It has been more than half a month now, and I have not yet received the refund. I had to rebook, causing the store's customer service to become impatient.
There were two people ahead of me, but the wait wasn't too long. A blonde local girl processed my papers; just provide your driver’s license, passport, and translated documents. The QEEQ contract printout was useless. The reserved compact car was unavailable, so I got a free upgrade.
