The rental company is Europcar, and the experience at the Amsterdam Airport branch was extremely poor. Upon arriving at the front desk at the reserved time, we had to wait 3 hours to complete the paperwork and get the car, and this waiting time was included in the rental period. We had reserved a seven-seater automatic car, but were given a manual diesel car, which was far below the promised standard. When we brought this up, the front desk staff were arrogant and did not even answer calls from the domestic platform to resolve the issue. They only asked for more money for an upgrade. Pressed for time, we had no choice but to pay the additional fee. During this process, I had to shuttle between the front desk and the pick-up point repeatedly. Ultimately, the 3-hour wait time was included in our rental period due to a 'computer issue,' resulting in a supposed rental duration of 21 hours. During our interaction, the staff exhibited discriminatory behavior and made derogatory comments in Dutch among themselves. While traveling should be a joyful experience, I hope sharing this account helps others avoid such pitfalls. Europcar's service was very poor.

車のあげるのもあまりにもひどくて、法外で、選んだc級、最後にA3をあげて、直接A3を選んで毎日2、300元安くすることができるでしょう。地元の友達がeuropcarを選ぶなと言ったのには理由があって、herz、sixty、avisはどれもたくさんの人が併んで、彼らの家だけ併べなくて、どうやら理由があるようです。強く推薦しない

オランダの空港は大きすぎます。飛行机を降りてからrentalcarの看板に従ってお店に行き、免許証とパスポートを提示しクレジットカードにデポジットを払い、キーを渡して車を持ちます。階段を上がってまっすぐ行くと少し遠いです。標識がはっきり
