The actual car model provided did not match the reservation; They tried to charge extra fees; The service attitude of the local staff was average.

Although the store kept promoting various insurances, there was no mandatory purchase. Overall, it was still good.

They kept pushing insurance sales. I had to insist on signing before they stopped. They told me my Visa card couldn't be processed, causing me to call the Bank of China, then later said it worked. They asked if I wanted a Nissan or Mazda 2. I asked for the Nissan but got the Mazda 2 with over 40,000 miles. When returning the car, I had half a tank of gas, but they claimed I had only a quarter. The parking lot had fueling equipment but no service. Because I didn't return it with a full tank, they wanted to charge me $109. I had to drive to a gas station and filled up $8 of gas (including $1 tip) to avoid the charge.

Car was ok. Counter service slow because not enough staff for amount of customers lined up waiting for service.
