Picked up and returned the car in Charlotte. Pickup was smooth, but due to traffic on the way back, we didn't have time to fill up the tank, which was still a quarter empty. As a result, we were charged $17.6. We thought we had to pay in cash, so we gave the inspector $18, but the amount had already been deducted from our credit card, meaning we were charged twice.
Quite convenient, good service, and the vehicle was smoothly replaced when there was an issue.
