受け取った車のモデルが予約していたものと全く異なり、店舗にはプラットフォームに表示されているモデルがないと回答されました。次の日のスケジュールが既に決まっており、キャンセルもできず、カスタマーサービスと連絡しても問題は解決しませんでした。幸いにして荷物が多かったため、店舗と何度も交渉して大きめのSUVに交換してもらいました。
