The car received was significantly different from the one booked. The car was too large, making it unsuitable for driving and parking in Barcelona's city center. The pickup location's parking area was very tight, making it difficult to navigate turns. A 1000 Euro deposit was required at pickup, which was not mentioned during the booking.
There were many customers at the store, so I had to wait. I was given an old car model with a lot of exterior wear and tear.
