Extremely dissatisfied. I urge everyone not to rent cars from this platform or Mex Rental. It's practically a scam company. Mex forced insurance, and the rental platform shirked responsibility. Truly very dissatisfied!

There were issues with the car rental order, and the vehicle had extensive damage that wasn't repaired before renting it out. I also encountered a problem where the car wouldn't start due to a dead battery, which wasted a lot of my travel time awaiting rescue and a replacement car. I suggest not choosing this company.

Service was terrible, took over three hours to get the car.

They said there were no cars available and gave me an SUV instead, which was much more expensive.

Car was illegal, should not be on the road. Bald tires, screeching breaks and battery died.
