現場で追加のドライバーを一人追加しましたが、保険も勧められて加入してしまいました。現場で保険の内容を確認し、標準パッケージに含まれていると言われました。長い列の待ち時間もあって、既に深夜1時でした。翌日、車の後輪のタイヤ圧力警報が発生し、現場で車を交換しました。再度紙の契約書を印刷して、レンタカー会社に確認したところ、追加の保険が含まれていることが分かりました。レンタカー会社の回答では、現場で確認するしかないとのことでした。このような現場での確認は、後から取り戻す可能性が非常に低く、結局諦めるしかないと思いました。
