Barely any waiting in line

An excellent car rental company with great service. They helped us retrieve forgotten items twice, once even having someone drive the car back to deliver the items. Overall, very good experience, and I will choose this company again next time.

They bundle high-cost insurance easily, leading to additional purchases. Make sure to firmly refuse.

The store service is very efficient. Just show your order and passport. The staff won't accompany you to pick up the car but will tell you its location, with the key already inside. Of course, there's staff in the parking lot to guide you if you're unsure about the car's location.
