The rental company charged an extra 250 euros without proper explanation. After contacting customer service, they canceled over 100 euros but still charged an extra 100 euros. It has been over ten days, and I still don’t know the reason for the extra charge. They provided a Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross, which may or may not be in the same category as I booked, but it handled poorly. It felt unstable at high speeds, had very high fuel consumption (11-12 L/100km on the highway), and had significant wind noise. The fuel gauge was also faulty; it showed full after an hour and a half of driving, but then dropped quickly, barely lasting an hour on half a tank.
