Very dissatisfied. I've used other car rental companies in the US, and their service was good and fast. We arrived at Budget around 9 AM, and there were many people in line, but only three or four service desks were open.

Whenever I rent a premium model, it's not available. They give a Volvo instead of a Lincoln, a newer model instead of an X5.
