Buying a €5 wash token from the machine is sufficient; don't buy extra since it’s non-refundable. Extra tokens can only be taken back home as souvenirs.

Overall, pretty good. I booked a Touran, but got a Mercedes Viano, a 9-seater van, which was too big. After discussing with the counter staff, they changed it to a Passat wagon. Overall, I'm satisfied.
