Because the rural roads in the UK are narrow, I initially wasn't used to it and scratched the wheels. When I returned the car, the staff said they would hold my 500-pound deposit and refund it after the insurance claim. The refund was processed in a few days. Traveling through the Cotswolds without a car would be inconvenient; the most enjoyable part of my trip to the UK was driving through the countryside.
