There are always additional charges. Could you clearly list all the fees at the time of booking since the pickup and drop-off locations and times are already confirmed? In the end, due to the language barrier at the pickup location, we had to pay extra to get the car.

The vehicle had half-tank gas but was registered as full-tank, and I was charged for it despite topping up 1/4 more - I have contacted Dollar, but they have yet to respond. The staff made snide remarks when I chose not to take up their insurance, even when I had personal liability covered as part of my personal insurance. The car had scratches and dings all around and had specks of dirty area all around, with a lollipop cane left at the side of the driver's door.

None at the moment, as I primarily interacted with Dollar's staff. I hope that QEEQ would assist me to expedite the resolution of issue I faced with Dollar.
The care did not icnlude GPS or easy toll services. These would have been several hundred dollars more. In this day and age that is unacceptable - all cars should include both
