I was served by a very nice man, Yann. It was his first day in the job but he was excellent. Very friendly yet very professional. I resent being billed for some petrol when I had filled the car & the 'drop-off' man said everything was OK.

Like: Our flight was delayed, but the staff was waiting for us up to 01:00 AM, that was very kind! Otherwise I can imagine how we can get to our final destination.
Dislike: We get different car (3 doors).
