I had to add extra insurance because the Asian female staff insisted the insurance I bought wasn't enough, even though I thought it was sufficient. It cost me an additional 11 dollars per day. I really didn't want to argue further; it was summer vacation, the line was long, and I had already queued for an hour. I just wanted to leave quickly, so I ended up paying.
The car model received was correct, but the car condition was very old, with numerous scratches on the exterior. The passenger side window could not be closed without being controlled by the driver (confirmed not a setting issue).
Average, indifferent towards Chinese customers. The car was relatively new but the wait time was long as they were still washing the car. Shouldn't the vehicle be prepared well in advance for customers? Overall, be cautious with this company.
