Returning the car was complicated. Although I was asked to call 30 mins before returning the car as there may not be staff at the counter, no one picked up the phone. I called several times and proceeded to the return point anyway as my return time was looming. There I had to wait nearly an hour for staff to show up. They also have a lack of economical cars at the location.

1) The staff at the pickup location (Vilnius) were very unfriendly and behaved poorly! 2) Poor car condition: The exterior had cracks and three scratches when we picked it up. The car was dirty inside and out. 3) When I requested a receipt for the late pickup fee, the staff refused.
