Pickup and drop-off were very fast. But there were some issues: -I booked an automatic, but received a manual. -The picture showed space for two large suitcases, but even a small one barely fit. -Shifting to a certain gear was very difficult. -The car struggled uphill.

Platform was excellent. Just one email from QEEQ "suggesting" there might have been charges to travel to Italy. As I have done this many times I know that no fees are applicable and asked QEEQ to clarify. They came back within 48hrs with conformation of no extra fees.
