The front desk staff patiently explained the model and insurance options I had booked and asked if I needed to pay for bridge tolls and other essential questions. Besides requesting the bridge toll service, I also opted for zero-deductible insurance. Everything was quick and convenient. When returning the car, I mentioned to the front desk that I had accidentally scratched it during the rental period. After asking when and where it happened, they just had me sign a form, and that was it. This is the importance of full insurance.
