Car different to that booked however alternative was great no problems with qeeq or supplier apex

Could make it clearer that price drop whilst good is lost when you take up membership of qeeq

The customer service and shuttle drivers were excellent and helpful. There was some confusion on my pick up point as they were under the thought my flight was a domestic one, but they contacted me, rearranged pick up, and gave me easy, specific directions on where to meet the driver. Overall very pleased with the service.

The car is a new version and bigger size model. Condition of the car is good and the smell is pleasant upon entering the car. Free baby seats and additional driver are bonus as well

The overall service was disrespectful to Chinese people, and they didn't even know about the Zuzuche platform, claiming it was a third party.

Very satisfied, both picking up and dropping off the car were quick and smooth. The front desk staff patiently explained the model and insurance options I had booked and asked if I needed to pay for bridge tolls and other essential questions. Besides requesting the bridge toll service, I also opted for zero-deductible insurance. Everything was quick and convenient.
When returning the car, I mentioned to the front desk that I had accidentally scratched it during the rental period. After asking when and where it happened, they just had me sign a form, and that was it. This is the importance of full insurance.
