Great service through QEEQ BUT NOT THE HIGHEST QUALITY AUTO RENTAL

When picking up the car, my credit card had an issue, and the staff was very impatient as I tried to resolve it. This was despite the fact that we had waited an hour for the office to open. The car had just enough fuel to reach a gas station, which made it difficult to return with the same amount of fuel, likely a tactic to earn extra money. Additionally, there was no phone holder or backup camera in the car. However, the scenery in Poland is beautiful and the highways are very fast. I was driving at 140 km/h and still overtaken often.

The vehicle is in poor condition and feels unstable at 120 km/h.

The car had an engine warning on from the time I collected it. Engine power was resuced. The car was sluggish and not running smoothly. Not fit for purpose.

Need to ensure that the cars are in proper working order.
