A mess at pickup. I went to the spot assigned to me and someone was loading the car I was assigned. A service person had changed car and given him "my" car. So I was given another car and had to eait for updating the system. Also they charged almost 300 USdollar for "fuel service". I rented "full to full" so this is a plain scam.

I went for a Ford Escape and got a Jeep compas there is less gasmilage and the car is smaller.
The Jeep has less power in the engine and have problem to keep the speed.
