Stay away from these lads,my first and last time i rent any car of anybody and they try to scam me straight away.
Gave me car with chip in windscreen,which i piccked up after half an hour and took a picture of it.
After returned car they tried to charge me 560e,but next they they said it's only 160e as it doesn't need to be fully replaced.
Them boys should be sacked,dishonest liars and chancers.

The experience with Easirent was fantastic from a service standpoint. The pricing for 8 days of use for the vehicle seemed significantly more expensive than was anticipated. During booking, the charges were approximately $515 which is higher than expected but accepted under the impression that would be the total amount of cost. When picking up the vehicle day of, there were additional costs of $495 approximately which is almost a 100% increase from the original booking and a total surprise. This was very upsetting but we had no choice at the time to another direction for booking at that moment and felt lied to/tricked.

Terrible experience, Condition of 1st van was totally unacceptable. service was poor when picking up both vehicles, just terrible all around. Have sent in a formal complaint but yet to hear back, not holding my breath on the reply.

Long wait for pickup/ rude unapologetic staff- I was told 5 minutes but was waiting over 45 minutes for the pickup, rang office 4 times. Was spoken to rudely and abruptly by 3 team members, they constantly said just 5 minutes away but I waited 45 mins and they were unapologetic about being so late. Took a further 1/2 hour or more to get to the office and get on the road.
Hiring cars without road tax - When checking out, a guy beside me was complaining - he was waiting a month for a refund- due to returning his hire as it had no tax. No road tax? with a hire company?
I did not think to check my tax disc? I gave the benefit of the doubt and thought this must be a one off surely? however over Easter I was pulled in by gardai and my vehicle had no up to date road tax on it. The company was unapologetic upon return of the car. I only got away with a fine/confiscation because the garda was local and took my work that it was a hire and he let me go.
Poor customer service - They are so unapologetic and unhelpful and I doubt their integrity. The only small redemption is the girl Lauren who did eventually come to my assistance and was the only polite/genuine/helpful person in my whole experience with Easirent.

Nothing could have been better! The staff were all superb!
In my heading, I stress "Ireland" as Easirent staff in the UK are, in my experience, a bunch of crooks!
At Gatwick, after a 10 hour flight, I paid a "deposit" for a car I had already paid in full to rent, only to subsequently find they had charged me for an "Upgrade" to a Diesel car - which I didn't want or need - at more than the cost of the initial rental!
At Heathrow, they refused to give me a car I had booked and paid for because I did not have any utility bills dated in the last 3 months proving I lived at my address in the UK? I had been away for 4 months, I pay my bills by direct debit so do not get paper bills and have my bank statements sent electronically so how on Earth could I comply with the VERY small print of their contract? I offered them my passport to HOLD against the rental, £20 000 to be blocked on my credit card as a deposit or for them to run a credit check on me. They refused - but kept my money anyway and ignored attempts to contact them afterwards! I got a taxi to Green Motion down the road and they gladly gave me a car without needing any supporting documents!
Easirent Ireland MUST be a different company as the service there is fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation!
Just avoid Easirent in the UK!!!!
