Overall service was good. The waiting time for picking up the car was quite long, and there were upselling attempts for upgraded models and insurance, which I declined. The car was fine and there were no issues during the trip.
Overall good, but the car didn't have a full tank when we picked it up. The staff was efficient and friendly, and the car was in good condition. Affordable.
The Thrifty location in Seattle requires a shuttle bus ride. Since it was off-peak, the wait time wasn't long. However, due to the staff not recognizing the insurance contract provided by the rental company, there were additional expenses beyond what was originally expected.
Like: I like how they offered options and I was able to choose a car that was not exactly what I reserved but the equivalent of that intermediate vehicle. Dislike: I didn’t like being offered an upgrade. If i had the money for a higher end vehicle, then I would have reserved that in the first place.
