Liaised with Avis via WhatsApp for us. We had delays on the flight into Seattle and the Amtrak over into Canada. I was worried we would arrive too late for pick up. They communicated with Avis brilliantly. Made it to pick up at 12:05 and they shut 12:30am
The car was almost brand new (less than 3000km mileage). Very good condition and they offered me an upgrade for $50 per day but I declined since I didn’t need a more ex car for 16 days. Overall no issues.

I had some queries about the rental and they answered them promptly. However I wish they had helped me get in contact directed to the Vancouver booth directly.
I have not received the email receipt of return upto today.
