The service staff who attended to us were very warm and patient. We bought additional insurance from the rental company, and our language skills weren't very good. Worried we hadn't communicated clearly, we asked many detailed questions. The staff patiently answered all our queries.
There was only one staff member at the airport, and the service was extremely slow. What's worse, they gave us a smaller car. How do we calculate the cost then? It would have been better to pick up the car in the city the next day.
Was surprised that I had to pay an additional $200 for insurance from euro car as thought all had been paid up front
Checking in took far too long - the lady was very friendly but somehow the booking disappeared and she had to redo it
