トヨタRAV4希望だったが、ヴュイック。最悪。カウンターは行列。スタッフ3名。QEEQで予約しているのにカウンターで再度入力。最悪。 エンジンストップ最悪。 カスタマーセンターとのやり取り、時間かかりすぎ最悪。 再度貸し出しも時間かかりすぎ最悪。 車が無かったのか、洗車前の車を手配最悪。

The car given was different from the one booked. A deposit of $254 was charged, and there was an additional unknown charge of $24, totaling over $278, which was not refunded. Online reviews are also bad. A scammy business. I hope there won't be any further cooperation.
