As a large company, the service is very professional, and the process is quick. When returning a car to Budget, they ask if there were any collisions and if you've cleared your belongings from the vehicle. Once you've answered, simply hand over the key and you're done. You'll receive an email within twenty minutes.
Was a great car (except for the windscreen wipers)! They were extremely helpful in providing suggestions for alternative drop off at airport which made my travel plans much more convenient.
