Staff member in the office said he would speak to his manager about offering us compensation for the inconvenience . However, no further communication from them was had.

Upgraded to an A6 station wagon, which tripled the cost. Why the upgrade? No idea. Asked why and didn’t understand a word of the explanation due to the language barrier.
The car had many problems : I felt not at all safe in it.
I Tried to phone many times to the car rental and never anybody answered.
