The company hold $500 from me and gave me the reason that in case I got any speeding tickets then they will adjust. After two days they still didn't release the holds. Which is very annoying.

The shuttle was small and we had to wait for 2-3 shuttles, we weren't pushy enough and a large group jumped the line and got on before us. Perhaps another shuttle at peak times? Staff helpful warning about speeding tickets and automatic photo speeding enforcement and buffer speeds.
Small operation in YYC. Pick up and drop off at the front of the store. Need to call for pickup which takes 15-25 minutes. Rental place is about 5-10 minutes from airport. Easy processing, pickup and drop off.
Although we booked Honda Civic but we've got KIA Soul but the car is really new, about 1xxx KM.
Drop Off is so fast but on pick up, we need to wait for car cleaning like half an hour since I thought it has just returned to Routes. Also waiting to be picked up at the airport is quite long.
