Overall satisfied, but the process of picking up the car was extremely slow. I have rented cars in Australia and other places before, but this was the slowest. The entire process took me half an hour. Picking up the car was also slow, the staff member walked out leisurely to find the car, and after a 20-minute wait, he handed me the keys and took me to the car.
Everthing went amazing. Would suggest an improvement on the pick-up process. The process is extremely slow and time consuming.
