They provided an unknown small car. I booked a Mercedes A-Class but surprisingly it was manual. This is quite an experience. Not only did I not get the car I booked, but they also gave me a very small one.
Overall, it's acceptable. They promoted the option to upgrade to a better vehicle, but after confirming it wasn't free, I declined without being pressured into purchasing.
Picking up the car was very smooth, though the integrated QEEQ navigation was pretty useless. The company doesn't push for reimbursement, but it was extremely difficult to find the elevator, so I had to lug my suitcase up the stairs.
