Not enough staff, resulting in poor service. When returning the car, there was a middle-aged lady who was very slow and unhelpful. Although we arrived first, she served a foreigner who came after us. We waited at the drop-off point for 40 minutes before she finally drove us to the airport. She even asked us to keep an eye on the office door. Extremely poor service.
Pros: Chinese-speaking service, very good service
Cons: Car was downgraded without any compensation
