The staff were indifferent, unwilling to speak much, and had expressionless faces like zombies. They looked like unsatisfied women without any smiles! Very poor service!
Their customer service is very poor and they have charged me VAT on the VAT meaning extra $17 and they refused to even listen to their mistake or trying to resolve it, blaming QEEQ for not giving them the correct information and therefor charging me extra for no reason.
It was impossible to deel with them! Because they didnt have any cars in and didnt want to give me an upgade!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had to wait very long.....
The wait was very long. The car was very hard to drive, every incline however slight caused the car to strain in order to climb it
