High charges, aggressive upselling, downgraded vehicles, and poor service experience. The queue time was extremely long. The focus seemed to be on upselling—offering vehicle upgrades and additional insurance. In the end, we were given a downgraded car.
Scam company! Twice, they blamed existing scratches on me and charged me over 6000 RMB conveniently matching the insurance deductible. Even with clear videos showing the scratches were already there, they ignored it. Don't be tempted by cheap prices; rent from Budget or Avis. I'll fight them to the end and sue them. This hassle has already wasted half a month of my time! It's outrageous! The local staff wouldn't answer calls or emails, and although they're only supposed to hold a few hundred dollars, they have the power to overcharge your card!
Since it was in Norway and I do not understand Norwegian, the car rental company did not clarify the charges, mistakenly leading me to purchase insurance even though I had already bought it on the QEEQ platform.
Counter staff very helpful. Came with us to the car and explained all features. Very patient. Highly recommended.
