Picking up the car was smooth, but returning it was not. As we were approaching the airport, the car lost power. We called the store, but half an hour passed and no one came to assist us. We confirmed multiple times during the call, and they kept saying they were almost there, just a minute away, but no one showed up even after 30 minutes. We had a flight to catch, so we had no choice but to leave the car by the roadside and head to the airport. The car had issues, but we received no support.
The car was overbooked, had to wait for a few hours with no certainty if we would get a car, so we were forced to upgrade and pay extra for a larger seven-seater. I think the upgrade should have been free, not forcing us, the consumers, to pay more.
In addition to credit and debit cards, you can now pay for online car rentals with cryptocurrency! Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Bitcoin Cash (BCH) are accepted. Curious about how long a Bitcoin transaction takes or how to pay with Bitcoin? Read our FAQs for more details.
