Very satisfied, the staff were very friendly and the car pickup process was simple and convenient! The store is located near the airport, making it very easy to find. The shuttle service was quick and the overall service was excellent! I rented from them for my entire trip this time! Highly recommended!
EZU Car Rental is run by Chinese people, and they intentionally extort other Chinese! Their customer service presents a lengthy English contract when customers pick up the car, rushing them to sign it, knowing they don't have time to read it completely. Customers assume the contract is the same as the one from the official car rental website. However, after signing, they don't give the customer a copy of the original contract. When returning the car, they find various reasons to charge high extra fees, like an outrageous cleaning fee of $200, while the official contract states only $20. If the customer refuses, they threaten to cancel the airport drop-off service, forcing customers to catch a taxi to the airport at their own expense. This company lures domestic tourists with low rental prices and then scams them during the drop-off, extorting fellow countrymen. Shameful and despicable! I will publish my experience on Xiaohongshu to warn more fellow travelers about their ugly tactics.
