I was slightly disappointed when I saw it was a Nissan Almera during pickup, as I had the same model last year. The car is quite old, lacks power, and felt unreliable on steep climbs. However, this time the car was decent, with keyless entry and not too outdated.
It was a very good car rental experience. We found the store immediately after exiting the airport. The staff, including a guy and a lady, explained everything clearly in English. When picking up the car, the guy even helped us with our luggage without asking for a tip. We wanted to give him 50 THB, but we only had a 1000 THB bill, so we didn't. We are sincerely grateful. The actual car we got was a Nissan Sunny in excellent condition with only about 10,000 kilometers. Overall, we are very satisfied.
