We purchased full insurance, but when the windshield had a small crack, they still required us to go to the police station to file a report ourselves. We had to pay an additional 420 Dirhams for the report, making the full insurance essentially useless.
Furthermore, the staff had a bad attitude and provided incorrect information about the police station. While we were rushing to catch a flight, we had to visit two police stations during heavy traffic because the rental company staff were unprofessional and failed to provide the correct procedure.
Different return branches were also passing the responsibility around, blaming each other!
The overall experience was terrible! By far the worst I've ever had!
Very satisfied. After exiting customs at T3, the counter is easy to find. Two Filipino ladies provided great service, though the waiting time was a bit long—about 20 minutes to get the paperwork done. The car had only 4000 kilometers on it and was almost brand new, with no scratches.
The actual car model did not match the booking, the vehicle was downgraded but the price could not be adjusted. The in-store operations were slow, and the wait time for pickup was too long.
Accueil bien passé jusqu’au moment où ils ont essayé de me facturer des frais de prise en charge à l’aéroport de 65 dirhams ce que j’ai naturellement contesté car je n’ai pas entendu parler de ça lors de ma réservation et ils ont mis presque 20 minutes à le chercher pour me le montrer mais sans succès, ensuite ils se sont rendus compte qu’il n’y avait pas de disponible le peti suv que j’ai réservé mais sans rien me dire ils m’ont tout simplement indiqué voici la voiture que vous avez réservé en me montrant une berline et j’ai catégoriquement refusé et finalement j’ai eu une gamme supérieure. Je trouve qu’il y a eu une intention de tromperie.
