Picking up the car was easy, and the vehicle was in good condition. However, the drop-off location was changed multiple times, causing inconvenience to customers. Additionally, the wait time for returning the car was too long.
It's best to contact the staff in advance before picking up the car. We arrived at the scheduled time but couldn't find the staff. After calling them, they drove over. The return location is near the old town, and parking was difficult to find. The staff told us to park in front of a restaurant, but we noticed a 'No Parking' sign there at first, so we specifically found another parking spot nearby.
