Very dissatisfied, a scam.
1. No storefront at the pickup location. Contacted the rental company and it took almost an hour (after I called them myself) to get in touch. The actual storefront is in the countryside, not at the listed location, and you can't contact them without calling.
2. The car given to us was full of dents and scratches, extremely run-down, and the wheels were damaged. Various issues kept occurring with the vehicle. They insisted there was only this car and that it's fine to drive.
I asked if the adblue was full, and they said it was. Shortly after getting on the highway, a warning came on indicating no adblue, forcing us to detour to refill.
Additionally, the tire pressure monitor showed a warning during the drive. The company said it's fine but advised us to check it at a store en route if we were really concerned.
3. They said the cost of adblue would be reimbursed upon return. At the drop-off location, they refused to reimburse, citing scratches and charged over 2000 Kuna for damages plus an additional 10 Euros. The 10 Euros were supposedly to offset the 65 Kuna adblue cost but there was no invoice, receipt, or any explanation. They didn't even return the 65 Kuna. Absolutely appalling.
